Written in the Stars started with two people who love telling stories through music.

Some stories are joyful. Some are messy. Some are about falling in love, losing someone, finding your way back, or simply trying to understand yourself. Those are the stories we’re drawn to because they’re the ones we’ve lived ourselves.

When we write, we’re not trying to impress anyone. We’re trying to be honest.

Our hope is that, somewhere in every song, someone hears a piece of their own story.

Every performance is built like a journey. We laugh, we tell stories, we invite people in, and sometimes we leave space to simply sit with a feeling. We don’t expect anyone to leave with all the answers—we just hope they leave feeling a little less alone than when they arrived.

Whether we’re playing in a small café, a winery, a theatre, or under the open sky, our goal is always the same:

To create a place where people can slow down, breathe, and remember what it feels like to truly connect—with the music, with each other, and with themselves.

Because at the end of the day, that’s what music has always done for us.
